A lot of you Chicken Parm-ites have sent messages saying you can make better chicken parm than a restaurant. In response, I just launched the "Mister Chicken Parm @ Home" series for all you guys to show off your parm-making skills! The first episode is with Sergio Spera. I've known Sergio for a couple of years and his food is always fantastic. However, this was his first time eating or making a chicken parm. I must say, I was impressed. The chicken cutlet was tender and crunchy. It could have been pressed a little more. The sauce was fresh and sweet but there could have been a little more. The fresh mozzarella was perfect. The bread had a lot of butter on it which was an interesting twist, making it a little rich, but still delicious. But for my first at home review I am giving it #twothumbsup.
